Kit Seong Chin

Kit Seong currently heads the Audit and Assurance department as a Partner. He is directly responsible for the audits of the firm’s major clients, which include public-listed companies, multinationals and large SMEs.

He has been involved in a number of local and overseas Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Due Diligences, Bond/Sukuk Issuances, Investigative Audits of public listed companies and other assignments. 

In addition, Kit Seong assisted Crowe Global in conducting quality assurance review on:

• audit firms for the purpose of admission as members to the Crowe network; and
• member firms for their inspection of its quality.
