On 26 February 2021, Hanoi Tax Department issued Official Letter No. 5911/CTHN-TTHT guiding the declaration method for personal income tax in case of the taxpayer as representative office. Accordingly, if an entity is not subject to value added tax declaration, such entity shall declare personal income tax on a monthly basis.
