Acquisition: Harrold Financial Planning
Shackleton, formerly known as Skerritts (rebranded in December 2024), the Sovereign Capital backed IFA group, has acquired Harrold Financial Planning, based in Norfolk, adding £300 million of assets under management to the group.
The transaction enhances Shackleton's presence in the East of England and marks another significant milestone in their journey to becoming Britain's financial adviser of choice.
The acquisition is the 15th completed deal by Shackleton since Sovereign Capital invested in the business.
