Diviya Ramaiya

Business Solutions

Diviya Ramaiya has more than 20 years’ experience providing business advice and support to companies and groups in the UK and internationally, helping them navigate complex challenges that arise at each stage of business, including startup, growth or exit.

Diviya’s primary areas of focus within the Business Solutions team is Real Estate and Professional Practices, she also works with Insurance Brokers, Fashion, Retail and Energy companies as well as Social Purpose organisations.

She provides management advisory services, guidance on systems and process improvements with the aim of reducing operational costs with provision of real-time data, on-site finance teams and resourcing, and day-to-day corporate compliance services for owner managed businesses, limited liability partnerships, venture capital and private equity backed clients.

Diviya also supports the Crowe’s equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and is a Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) champion.

kay monks

Kay Monks was also promoted to partner in Business Solutions and has over a decade of experience working closely with UK businesses and international groups looking to expand into the UK market and guiding them through each stage of their business lifecycle - from formation to growth and market exits. She also helps clients address matters such as global growth, accounting and tax compliance, working capital and operational requirements.

Kay specialises in working with retail and e-commerce companies, particularly direct to consumer brands, as well as with asset management, motorsport, tech and media businesses. Kay provides advisory services to business leaders to empower them with the knowledge required to meet compliance needs, and to make smart, data-led management decisions.

In addition to her client work, Kay also drives key business development and management initiatives within the firm. She also supports the firms Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives as one of Crowe’s Women Empowerment Programme ambassadors.

Sarah Riches

Corporate Audit

Sarah Riches is promoted to Partner with over 13 years’ experience providing audit support to businesses across many industries, having worked on major international groups including those listed on the FTSE and AIM markets and large private UK clients.

Having joined Crowe in 2021, Sarah has extensive experience working with both IFRS and UK GAAP clients in the professional services, consumer, and real estate sectors. As partner, she will continue to work on several large and technically complex audits across an array of industry sectors alongside the London Corporate Audit team.

In addition to her client work, Sarah also works with Crowe’s National People Development team, helping to ensure that the training needs of the Corporate Audit team are met.

Tim Robinson


Tim Robinson has been an asset to Crowe’s Forensics team since 2017, providing specialist help to organisations in a range of industries, ensuring they are accurately protected against the latest manifestations of cybercrime and fraud. Tim works closely with his clients to build and maintain resilience where weaknesses are identified and support them in managing their response.

Tim has a broad array of clients in different sectors, including pension schemes, corporates, financial services, manufacturing and energy organisations and social purpose and non profits. His work spans cyber strategy, cyber vulnerability management, fraud investigations, data analytics and training.

Tim, comments:

“The world of fraud and cybercrime is a complex one. With the UK losing £219 billion to fraud annually according to Crowe’s latest research, it’s been fantastic to be able to contribute to Crowe’s important work in this space alongside my colleagues.

"I’m excited to join the partnership and continue this trajectory, providing trusted advice and assistance to my clients across the board and furthering Crowe’s outstanding market reputation.”

Helen Blundell

Social Purpose and Non Profit

Helen Blundell joins the partnership with more than 20 years of experience and an ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA). She works closely with a diverse range of clients from local charities to organisations operating nationally and internationally. Having joined Crowe in 2023 as a Director RI (Responsible Individual), Helen’s experience spans audits, independent examinations, and advisory.

Her advisory work has included governance reviews, corporate structures, and registration support across a range of sub-sectors, including faith-based groups, heritage charities, health and welfare, education, and art organisations.

Crowe’s commitment to its Social Purpose and Non Profits team is central to our growth strategy. In December 2023, Crowe was named top charity auditor for the 15th successive year in Civil Society’s Charity Finance Audit Survey. Helen’s appointment further demonstrates Crowe’s long-standing dedication to the sector.
