I am a Director in the Corporate Finance team, specialising in Capital Markets and transaction advisory. I work with domestic and international businesses, founders and investors on IPOs, equity capital raises, M&A and broader growth transactions, with experience across AIM, the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and international markets.
Prior to joining Crowe, I worked in Capital Markets Advisory at a Big Four firm, advising listed companies on Main Market transactions, including rights issues and Class 1 disposals. I have also advised on a broad range of IPOs, acquisitions, disposals and cross-border transactions across sectors including technology, mining, consumer and financial services.
