I am a Corporate Tax Director in Crowe’s London office. I advise owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial groups, private equity stakeholders plus international businesses on complex corporate tax matters. My focus is practical advice that supports transactions, investment, growth, succession or business change.

I have 24 years experience in accountancy and tax, having trained with a top 10 firm. Before joining Crowe, I spent five years as a corporate tax partner within top 60 firms, giving me a broad experience across the owner-managed business market.

My work covers M&A, reorganisations, tax due diligence, employee share incentives, EIS, international tax, withholding tax, R&D, financing matters plus business tax planning.
