Iain Smith

I am a Corporate Tax Director based in London with over 20 years’ experience advising domestic and multinational businesses, with 10 of those years spent in-house.

I lead Crowe’s corporate tax compliance offering in London, partnering with clients to meet their tax compliance burden, freeing them up to focus on what matters to them and the business, and using insights from the tax compliance process to add value.

I also work with businesses on a range of advisory matters, drawing on my years of in-house experience to provide commercial tax advice on matters such as group reorganisations, tax structuring of acquisitions and disposals, post-acquisition integration and cross border transactions.
