As Partner and Head of Financial Services Internal Audit at Crowe, I lead outsourced and co-sourced internal audit engagements for financial services firms. I work with boards and executive teams to strengthen control environments and deliver clear, independent assurance that enhances risk management and long-term resilience.

I am also a specialist in External Quality Assessments and internal audit methodology, supporting Heads of Internal Audit to elevate function effectiveness and ensure conformance with the Global Internal Audit Standards and the Chartered IIA Code of Practice.

Prior to Crowe, I held internal audit roles across a leading mid-tier firm, a Big Four practice, and a Tier 1 investment bank.
