I am an experienced forensic accountant who has worked across a wide range of dispute resolution, investigation, and other forensic accounting cases.
I have taken instructions on behalf of both Claimant and Respondent and have significant experience of preparing expert reports, responsive reports, attending meetings of experts and preparing joint statements.
My particular expertise lies in both litigation and arbitration and in the context of many arbitral jurisdictions including ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, LCIA, ICSID and the Iran-US Claims Tribunal.
I have also been involved in commercial valuation and external audit assignments.
Prior to my work as a forensic accountant, I worked at the Serious Fraud Office on a high profile prosecution.
