Alex Houston
I am a Partner in the Forensic Disputes and Investigations team based in the London office. I am a chartered accountant and an experienced forensic accountant, with experience across a wide range of dispute resolution, investigation, and other forensic accounting matters.
I have taken instructions on behalf of both claimants and respondents, as well as on an advisory and consulting basis in litigation, arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution processes. I have acted in matters before the High Court, the Court of Session, County Court and Employment Tribunals, on behalf of regulators, and in numerous arbitral jurisdictions, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, LCIA, ICSID and the Iran-US Claims Tribunal.
I have also been appointed as a single joint expert and as an expert determiner in valuation and post-transaction disputes, including completion statement and earn out disputes.
