Reporting Accountants are required for corporate exercises undertaken by companies for submission to the Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia such as Initial Public Offerings (IPO), asset acquisitions and disposals, and rights issues.
Reporting Accountants are required to be registered with the Audit Oversight Board.
