Manage day to day employee life cycle processes, handle Payroll operation queries and providing ad-hoc supports and information to the key stakeholders and clients;
Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents;
Management of the employee personal files on behalf of clients;
Involve in internal and external audit and documentation preparation as requested by the clients;
Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll which includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leaves, terminations, check and authorize claims, etc;
Validate monthly payroll report including but not limited to payroll accuracy report and payroll audit report;
Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll / audit related issues;
Accountable for payroll reporting, payroll posting and payroll GLs reconciliation.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin or its equivalent;
Possess minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll and Human Resources activities;
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office and possess experience in using HR2000 software;
Possess knowledge of Employment Act and Employment Tax;
Proficient in written and spoken English;
A team player who is also able to work well independently, under pressure and tight deadlines.
