Associate/ Senior Associate, Corporate Advisory (Corporate Finance)

Responsibilities

• Assist in various types of assignments including valuation, financial review, and project management.
• Interact with team members and external parties in meeting the engagements’ expectations.
   

Requirements

• Preferably a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in audit.
• Possess experience in business fundamental and equity valuation.
• A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
• Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
• Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
• Preferably possess own transport as the position requires some amount of travelling for meetings.
• Associate - At least 6 months to 1 year of Audit experience. 
• Senior Associate - At least 1 year to 2 years of Audit experience, and preferably with valuation experience.
