Associate, Information Technology (Software Support)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the firm’s in-house developed software applications and other standard applications.
• Troubleshooting on standard applications installed by IT Division.
• Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting on application related matters.
• Support the IT Division in software project implementation.
• Prepare and complete timely project updates to ensure accuracy and maintenance of project implementation.
• Participate in ad-hoc and special projects as directed by superiors.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science / Information System or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant role. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English as well as possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
• Motivated, results oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work independently, details-oriented, analytical, resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of programming language will be an added advantage.
