Associate, Corporate Advisory (Insolvency & Restructuring)
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in Insolvency and Restructuring engagement covering liquidation, receivership and restructuring.
- Liaise with the Purchaser and Purchaser’s Lawyer on the transfer of Company title.
- Prepare monthly cash book.
- Assist in other administrative tasks in the department.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
- Fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
- A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
- Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
- Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
- Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good multi-tasking skills.
