Key Responsibilities
As an AI Innovation Intern/Fresh Graduate, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of our internal AI initiatives:
- AI Research & Deployment: Assist in researching, testing, and deploying innovative AI tools (such as chatbots, process automation and content generation models) to enhance efficiency across various business functions.
- AI Agent Evaluation & Enhancement: Support the rigorous evaluation of existing AI agents, analyse performance metrics and contribute creative ideas for new agent features and improvements.
- Workflow Design & Implementation: Collaborate with the team to design, build and connect various AI agents, helping to create seamless, automated workflows that drive tangible business value.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Participate actively in structuring and documenting AI agent logic, development processes, automated workflows and system integrations to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Problem-Solving & Refinement: Help troubleshoot technical issues, refine AI agent capabilities, and improve performance through focused brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
- Project Presentation & Reporting: Contribute to detailed project documentation and clearly present findings, prototypes, and project progress to the technical team and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field (must be a final-year student or a fresh graduate within 12 months of graduation).
- Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to relevant programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Aptitude: A strong desire to learn and work with cutting-edge AI/GenAI technologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Soft Skills: Highly organised, proactive, a strong team player and possessing a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
