Onn Kien Hoe is one of the managing board of partners and Co-Head of the Corporate Advisory department in Crowe Malaysia. He has been involved in the auditing profession for over 30 years.
Kien Hoe has extensive experience in cross border transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, listing, reverse takeovers, due diligence reviews and valuation assignments. He has been involved in IPOs on the international stock exchanges including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.
Furthermore, Kien Hoe has also been appointed as Special Administrator, Receiver and Manager and/or Liquidator over delinquent companies to administer them and where applicable, formulate restructuring plans to rehabilitate viable business.
