Jessica has been involved in transaction services since 2003 upon completing her studies.
Jessica is now a Director in the Corporate Advisory department of Crowe in Kuala Lumpur.
Jessica is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants’ Valuation Committee.
Experience
Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in corporate advisory – which includes mergers and acquisitions advisory, IPO project management, business and equity valuation, and feasibility reviews.
Jessica has been involved in various valuation exercises for public listed and private limited companies in the healthcare, plantation, logistics, oil and gas services, ICT, green technology and manufacturing industries, to name a few.
Her valuation experience includes business and equity valuation for transactions; and tangible and intangible assets’ valuation for purchase price allocation exercises. Her valuation exercises have covered both local and overseas companies.
Jessica has also reviewed other valuation exercises for transactions and financial reporting purposes where she opined on the applied valuation methodologies’ reasonableness.
She has also been involved in the feasibility study and financial viability assessments for government and greenfield-related and start-up projects.
Jessica has helped clients in the healthcare, IT, and FMCG sectors with their mergers and acquisitions, guiding them through each step to achieve the best possible results.
