• Fe Mei’s experience in corporate insolvency related administrations such as receivership and liquidation involving, amongst others, Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”), a ‘privatised highway and toll operator, oil palm plantation, manufacturing and property developers. Fe Mei has also been involved in formulate restructuring plans for to rehabilitate viable business for a paint and waste to energy manufacturer as well as a steel manufacturer.  Fe Mei was also involved in the rehabilitation of abandoned mixed development projects.
• Fe Mei had participated in various corporate advisory includes in financial due diligence reviews, valuation of businesses, reviews of profit and cash flow forecasts and project management for the IPO of companies on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
