Amos has over 25 years of professional experience that includes risk management, internal audit, IT audits, corporate governance advisory and investigation.

Experience

• Having previously worked with another international accounting firm, he was a member of its global task force in helping to develop a global internal audit methodology to be adopted by member firms worldwide.   
• When Amos was a Senior Corporate Auditor with a US Fortune 500 company, he was primarily responsible for assisting the company to successfully achieve Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 certification upon its first year of listing on the SEC.  
• He started his career in the Group Internal Audit Department of a diversified public listed conglomerate involved in construction, property development, manufacturing, leisure, hospitality and education before assuming a position in the accounts department of the IT arm of the conglomerate.  
• Thereafter, he joined one of the largest public listed food and beverage companies in Malaysia and was involved in operational audits of the manufacturing and trading activities.

• Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy & Finance holder from Heriot Watt University
