The Government has issued the Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated 30 January 2023 on reduction in land rent and water surfaces rent in 2022. The Resolution is applied to organizations, enterprises, households and individuals that are directly leasing land from the State under decisions or contracts or certificates of land use rights and rights to ownership of house and other properties associated with the land issued by competent state authorities via the method of land lease with annual rental payment due to COVID-19.
This Resolution comes into force from the date of signing and replaces the fourth paragraph Point a Section 3 Part II of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government on the Socio-Economic Development and Recovery Program and implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies applied to support the Program.
