Acquisition: Autotrak Portable Roadways Limited
Facilities by ADF Plc (ADF), a provider of premium production facilities to the film and television industry, has completed the acquisition of Autotrak Portable Roadways Limited (Autotrak) for a consideration of up to £21.3 million.
ADF offers a variety of services within the UK and throughout Europe, including the hiring of production offices, diners and trailers for mobile makeup and bathrooms.
Autotrak is an independent hire company based in the UK that specialises in providing temporary access equipment and roadway systems, contributing to over 600 Film and TV productions worldwide as well as servicing festivals and outdoor events and construction-related industries.
This acquisition supports the expansion of ADF’s service offering, while enhancing their presence in a number of other industries including construction and outdoor events.
Crowe provided financial and tax due diligence on the proposed transaction.
