I have particular expertise in advising on design, deployment and management of enterprise risk management frameworks and systems, undertaking complex investigations and root cause analysis and providing subject matter expertise in strategic and non-financial risk management, operational resilience, data, technology and cyber risk, third party risk, capital models, ESG, risk culture, conduct and pension risk.
Prior to joining Crowe I held senior domestic, regional and global roles in banking including the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Strategy for the domestic subsidiary of a GSIFI bank. I have spoken regularly on risk management and operational resilience at risk conferences.
