I am a Director in Crowe UK’s Tax Disputes and Investigations team. I represent individuals, partnerships, companies and Trusts based in the UK and overseas who are under investigation or enquiry by HMRC, or who would benefit from making a voluntary disclosure to the UK tax authorities. I have extensive experience in handling cases of suspected serious tax fraud (Code of Practice 9 and the Contractual Disclosure Facility) and assisting clients with voluntary disclosures through both domestic and offshore disclosure facilities.
