Cambridge Analytica (UK) Ltd and SCL Elections Ltd

Crowe's joint administrators were appointed on 3 May 2018 under order of the High Court to act for Cambridge Analytica (UK) Ltd, SCL Elections Ltd and certain of their UK affiliates. Since their appointment, the administrators have collated information regarding the UK subsidiaries to analyse the financial situation of the businesses and have fully complied with their statutory obligations. The administrators have marketed the business assets to fully explore any opportunity to sell them as a going concern in their entirety or in part. Unfortunately, no acceptable offers have been forthcoming.

As a consequence of the above, the joint administrators regrettably had little alternative but to terminate the employment contracts of all staff of the UK subsidiaries on 22 May 2018.
