Our 2026 conference explores how INGOs are reshaping their structures, governance, operating models, funding strategies and use of technology to remain effective in an increasingly complex operating environment.

Across four weekly sessions, our conference will bring together an exciting range of speakers from across the sector, sharing valuable reflections.

Over the course of the four sessions, we will be joined by speakers from the following organisations:

  • International Rescue Committee
  • Global Canopy
  • Family for Every Child
  • The Vodafone Foundation
  • The International Institute for Strategic Studies.

What we will cover

This year’s programme will include themes such as shifting power, using technology to deliver better, and organisational change and growth. Sessions will provide space to learn from one another and share practical insight.

  • Session 1: Survey highlights and sector overview.
  • Session 2: The leadership lens
  • Session 3: Tax, VAT and employment data considerations.
  • Session 4: The leadership lens

Please note each session will run on Friday afternoon from 14:00 - 16:00.
