We know applying for a job can be stressful - we are here to help you at each stage. We want to see your potential and strengths so make sure you are prepared.
We have two intakes per year, September where we recruit 100+ trainees and a smaller intake in January. All our offices tend to take trainees on in the September intake, but as numbers are smaller for our January cohort, not all offices may take trainees on.

If your application meets our criteria, you will progress through to the self-video interview stage of the process. You will receive a link asking you to complete a 5-minute self-video interview, which consists of five competency-based style questions. Before you attempt each question, you will be given a short amount of time to allow for any research and preparation.
Once your video has been screened and meets our requirements, you will be sent two online tests to complete – G+, and a behavioural test. These tests will be sent by SHL requesting you to complete two different tests covering numerical, deductive, and inductive reasoning, as well as assessing the competencies and behaviours that are required in the role.

Our training contracts are four years for school leavers, and three years for graduates.
We understand that the transition from studying for A Levels to going into full-time work can be daunting, so we allow our school leavers some additional time to settle into their position before putting them forward for their exams.
The roles we offer at both school leaver and graduate level are in the form of an apprenticeship training contract, usually a Level 7 qualification which is equivalent to a master’s degree.
The most popular pathway we offer is the ACA qualification, which our Audit and Business Solutions trainees will study towards.
The pathway we offer for our Tax trainees is the ATT/CTA qualification, no matter which tax specialisms you choose.
We expect all our trainees to be in the office daily, especially at the beginning of their training contract, as this will be the best way for you to learn – building relationships with other members of the team and learning from them too.
There will also be times when you will be required to go out and visit client sites with other members of the team, as well as have overnight stays for internal training courses and client commitments.
