I am a Corporate Tax Director in the Crowe London office. With over 20 years’ experience in professional practice, I work with companies and their owner-managers to achieve the best possible tax outcomes for their businesses and personal wealth. This may involve advising on an overall tax strategy, a specific tax relief, or helping them plan for their succession and exit.

Tax issues can be complicated – I strive to simplify complex tax matters into non-technical language that my clients understand, so they can use my advice to make informed choices.

My strengths lie in working closely with my clients on their capital transactions such as share disposals, buying or selling businesses and company restructuring. My focus is on balancing the tax considerations for the business and the individual. I project manage the transaction process from design to delivery, ensuring solid relationships with all parties and advisors and to match up the tax with the commercial practicalities.
