Gender Pay Report 2025

At Crowe, we believe that when our people thrive, so does our firm. That is why we are committed to creating a workplace experience that is agile, motivating, and deeply rewarding. From fair recognition to clear pathways for progression, we focus on what truly matters to our people.

We foster a community where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential – regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, background, or education. Crowe is a place where individuals can bring their whole selves to work and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Recruitment, retention and development of our talented people are central to our strategy. We are building diverse, empowered teams that reflect the world around us – because inclusion drives innovation, and diverse perspectives fuel success for our people, our clients, and our future.

We are also proud of the continuing progress we are making on our Sustainability Strategy to deliver real benefit for our people and our clients. In September 2025, we published our second Sustainability Report, highlighting our achievements and future commitments in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and social value. It is more than a report – it reflects our values in action.

Connection is key to our culture. Through regular team forums and open communication, we keep our people engaged and informed. Earlier this year, we conducted our sixth people engagement survey, MyVoice, exploring a wide range of topics like work-life balance, career development, and recognition. These insights help us stay responsive and evolve to meet the changing needs of our people.

This year’s report reflects both progress and ongoing challenges. Our mean gender pay gap has fallen from 6.61% to 6.26% however our median pay gap has risen over the same period. Relative to our sector, this remains a leading position, however we do not believe that this means our work is done and are continuing to work towards achieving our ambitions for the future.

We have signed up to the Women in Finance Charter with a target of having 30% of women at partnership level by 31 March 2027.
