Crowe BGK Strengthens Its HR Practice Through the Acquisition of Libera HR

A new name, the same trusted HR expertise with an even stronger commitment to supporting clients

Montreal, QC | Crowe BGK is pleased to share that we have acquired Libera HR, a respected HR consulting firm with over 20 years of experience providing strategic and operational human resources services to organizations across Quebec.   

As part of this acquisition, our HR Vibe practice has been rebranded as Libera HR by Crowe BGK. This evolution unites two trusted HR consulting teams under one name, strengthening our ability to provide comprehensive, people-focused HR solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. 

The continued leadership of Natalie Purkhardt, CRHA, ACC, M. ACC, and Ingrid Jensen, ACC, will guide the growth and strategic direction of the service line, ensuring clients continue to receive the same personalized, high-quality HR consulting service they know and trust.  

We are also pleased to share that Sophie Grenache, CRHA, and Judith Paquin, CRHA, Libera HR’s founders, will remain part of the team as consultants. Their expertise and strong client relationships will ensure continuity and excellence throughout the transition. Together, we will work closely to strengthen and grow our practice and enhance the value we deliver to clients.  

The combined rebranding to Libera HR by Crowe BGK aligns the existing practices with the Crowe brand and visual identity. While the name has evolved, our commitment remains the same: to deliver an exceptional, personalized service that helps our clients and their teams succeed.
