Natalie Purkhardt joined Crowe BGK in 2023 as a Partner, establishing the Firm’s HR consulting practice, HR Vibe. With over ten years of experience, Natalie is an industry leader, working with established businesses to create positive workplace cultures and helping organizations and individuals achieve success through best practices and coaching. 

As a professional coach, Natalie is committed to providing individual or group coaching and development paths to clients at all professional levels. Natalie works with clients, tapping into their fullest potential to achieve their goals and fostering endless possibilities for discovery, reflection, and creativity. Natalie’s priority is helping clients achieve success by becoming the best versions of themselves. She believes every individual has unique strengths and potential, and the key to success is creating a safe space where they can develop these attributes. Natalie works closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations and provides guidance, support, and accountability to help achieve them. Trust and collaboration are the foundation of Natalie's coaching style, and she strives to create a safe and empowering environment where her clients feel comfortable in exploration. Natalie believes personal growth is an ongoing journey and encourages her clients to embrace an open mindset and continuously work towards their desired outcomes.

Natalie is an ICF Certified Coach and CPHR Accredited Mediator. She offers a suite of services, including strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and identifying current and short and long-term recruiting needs. She also works with businesses to create leadership training programs, including workshops, group and individual coaching sessions, as well as executive coaching programs coupled with career path strategies. Working with established businesses, Natalie provides HR Management Consulting services to support HR operations, including policy and procedure creation and revisions, job analysis, compensation review, and performance management.

Working with national and international companies, Natalie advises clients across various industries, including engineering firms, retail, not-for-profit organizations, digital advertising and design, real estate, hospitality, and digital educational services.
