Judith Paquin

Judith Paquin, CRHA brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management, with expertise spanning the pharmaceutical, high tech, telecommunications, and aeronautics industries. She has held progressively senior roles in both national and multinational organizations, including 13 consecutive years as Vice-President of Human Resources. In addition, Judith has served on compensation and HR committees for several boards of directors.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a certified member of Quebec’s Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). Fully bilingual, Judith offers strategic insight and proven leadership to organizations navigating complex HR challenges.
