Sep-up: We are used to meeting urgent requirements driven by the launch of a new territory, exiting an Employer of Record relationship, Mergers & Acquisitions, TUPE, etc. Our set-ups are carefully project-managed to ensure risks are removed, deadlines are met, and employees are fully briefed.
Administer: We centrally administer our client's global benefit schemes, managing starters, leavers, renewals, and in-policy queries. However, we also ensure our role is proactive. During the policy year, we monitor key metrics such as claims/loss ratios, educate and troubleshoot, and keep pace with market developments in advance of a renewal.
