I am a partner specialising in governance, risk and resilience, and ESG and climate, helping to build purpose-led, long-term sustainable businesses that are able to survive and thrive in complex, ambiguous and uncertain business and regulatory environments.
I am an experienced chartered accountant with a passion for improving how the strategy, risk management, governance, processes and cultures of businesses work.
Prior to joining Crowe, I held a number of senior leadership positions in insurance and financial services organisations, including as Chief Risk Officer. I have also served as a pension scheme Trustee and as a non-executive director for not for profit firms and charities, including a period as interim board chairman.
