I am an experienced chartered accountant with a passion for improving how strategy, risk management, governance, processes and cultures work within organisations.
Prior to joining Crowe, I held senior leadership roles in insurance and financial services, including Chief Risk Officer. I also have experience as a pension scheme Trustee, Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chair and Chair for non-profit organisations, including a health charity and a university.
