Caroline Fleet

Partner, Head of Real Estate

I am Head of Real Estate sector and a Corporate tax partner

My clients range within the Corporate world across a number of industries but include property developers, international real estate investors and significant property occupiers (such as hotels and care homes). I have particular expertise in advising on the most appropriate structure taking into the business model, the various stakeholders and all of the taxes involved. Taxation of property has become increasingly complicated over the last few years with more taxes and higher rates and I have extensive experience in assessing the interaction of the various taxes.

I am a member of the CIOT Property Committee and Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group. I regularly speak and write articles for trade press.
