Ilaria Bassi

Qualified Italian lawyer, specialized in the management of disputes with public administration and in administrative litigation, Ilaria engages in particular with administrative sanctions’ risk management and relevant pre-litigation.

In the last 10 years, Ilaria has assisted private and public entities to draft their articles of association, to participate in tenders and to manage events. In addition, Ilaria engages in the relations between citizens and public administration, including supervisory and independent authorities, by providing consulting services to all parties. Ilaria has contributed to the development and implementation of ministerial projects for the technological and organizational innovation of Civil Justice in Italy by providing advice to judicial authorities and professional associations.
