TORONTO, ON – January 4, 2022 – Crowe Soberman LLP is proud to welcome Jingchan Hu, Michael Huang and Patrick Truckle to the firm’s partnership.

Jingchan (Jin) Hu, CPA, CA, TEP enjoys serving clients in a range of sectors including privately-held businesses, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, real estate and construction. She is also a China Desk Representative for Crowe Global.
Jin is engaged in all areas of the tax practice including estate and trust planning, as well as personal and corporate tax compliance. Her diverse experience enables her to provide broad insight when advising and assisting clients.
Outside of the office, Jin enjoys spending time with her young family and participating in community initiatives. She volunteers as a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Young Practitioners Steering Committee and serves as a Network Specialist – Operations & Programming with her sorority (AOII), where she works with young women facilitating leadership-related initiatives. Jin also sits on the Board of Directors of Silent Voice as Treasurer.
Michael Huang, CPA, CA has been with Crowe Soberman since 2014 and prides himself on helping individuals with their tax needs by identifying strategic tax planning opportunities. He has extensive experience working with companies in the manufacturing, real estate, construction, and technology industries by assisting in Canadian tax law compliance and navigating cross-border complexities.
Michael credits his confidence and professionalism to helping him meet his objectives. He also regularly volunteers with the CPA Volunteer Tax Clinic.
Patrick Truckle, CPA, CA has over 12 years of public accounting experience and is involved in all aspects of his clients’ finances, including financial statements under ASPE and IFRS, corporate and personal tax planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. His career has been dedicated to working with entrepreneurs and ensuring his clients’ financial goals are met.
Patrick regularly oversees audit, review, and compilation engagements for entrepreneurial clients in the real estate and construction, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, and technology industries.
Patrick is a trusted business advisor to his clients who appreciate his dedication to their business and his ability to resolve problems, work collaboratively and assist in their capability to make informed business decisions.
