She Counts: The Women’s Professional Network 

Crowe Soberman is proud to introduce She Counts: The Women's Professional Network—a transformative initiative designed to empower women and those who identify as women, across all levels of our organization.

Women continue to remain underrepresented in the professional services space, specifically in leadership roles, and we know that access to mentorship, training & development and networking can change that. She Counts is focused on internal engagement and growing our support network, including a structured mentorship program. This group builds upon the legacy of our Women for Women network, which was launched nearly 25 years ago and has redefined the impact of women in leadership roles at the firm. She Counts continues the important work of empowering women within the organization, fostering a strong sense of community, and advocating for their success.
