Your career with our firm begins with a customized orientation program that includes HR and firm policies, information technology, professional development and technical learning pertaining to the specialty group you will be working in. You will be supported by an orientation coach, who is there to help ease the transition from student to full-time employee and answer any questions you may have. You will receive not only on-the-job training for your new role, but also regular feedback from managers and partners. Shadowing others in your department will also allow you to see live files and processes in practice.
