Call for Investment Fund
TF Turismo Fundos-SGOIC, S.A. (Funds Tourism), has launched the Call for Interior Tourism Investment Fund, applicable to low-density territories.
This financial instrument is primarily characterized by the sale of businesses to the Fund, followed by the long-term lease of a property, with the safeguard of the right to repurchase.
The eligible operations may include:
- Sale of properties to the Fund (purchase/sale).
- Restoration, rehabilitation, and redevelopment of properties for the intended purpose (purchase/sale with investment).
Low-density territories are those specified in Annex III of Council of Ministers Resolution No. 72/2016, dated November 24.
