Behavioural Consultancy Unit since 2022 — a specialized area that integrates organizational psychology with behavioral science and associated coaching, applied philosophy, and advanced people management strategies, as well as well-being and health programs.

What do we do?
Our approach is based on four main pillars:
- Behavioral Consulting Packs for Human Resources – Specialized and continuous support for leadership and HR teams, or technical support with coaching for decision-making or change management, including biweekly strategic humanized consulting sessions; psychosocial risk assessments, resilience and psychological capital indexes, burnout, emotional climate, among others. This type of service helps correct human vulnerabilities that cost companies thousands of euros: poor communication, silent conflicts, burnout, presenteeism, and lack of strategic alignment.
- Corporate Workshops (4 hours) – Highly practical and interactive training sessions designed for leaders, critical teams, and entire departments. Topics include High-Performance Leadership; Effective Communication and Influence Language; Stoic Responsibility and Emotional Maturity; Stress Management, Burnout, and Adaptation to Change. These sessions combine scientific psychology with applied philosophical methods — showing, in practice, how to abandon victimization and take responsibility for roles and results.
- Corporate Talks for Large Teams – High-impact interventions for internal events, kick-offs, or safety and well-being weeks. Our most requested topics include: Individual Responsibility and Empowerment; Emotionally Sustainable Culture; Science-Based Motivation; How to Build Antifragile Teams; Stoic Philosophy Applied to Modern Work. Each talk is tailored to the company’s strategy, focused on results and real behavioral change.
- Quarterly Well-Being and Health Programs (renewable retainers) – Integrated programs combining monthly webinars, weekly well-being and health tips, online consultations with clinical and organizational psychologists; doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers. The goal is clear: reduce clinical risk, improve physical and emotional energy, and increase productivity through quarterly programs renewable throughout the year. Includes regular evaluations with quantified well-being KPIs and reports for management.
