The number of foreigners working in Poland continues to grow. The vast majority of people employed by Polish employers are citizens from non-EU states. What formalities must be fulfilled in order to employ them?
Legalization of employment of foreigners involves dealing with a number of formalities, but in certain cases it can also be carried out in a simplified form.
