How to join us

Step 1: Applying through our webpage
  • If you’re interested in joining our company, visit our webpage, „Careers” section
  • You will find there information about currently open vacancies at Crowe. We also encourage you to send your applications regardless of recruitment processes that we carry out at the moment.
  • You can apply via the link in our „Careers” section.
Step 2 : CV selection
  • After you send your application our HR department together with Heads of Business Units will analyse it
  • If your experience matches our expectations best we will invite you to the next stage: either the Assessment Centre or the first interview
Step 3: Invitation to the first interview
  • During the first meeting you will meet an HR Representative as well as a Head/ Representative of the unit you will be working for
  • The aim of the first interview is to get to know you better (your experience, knowledge, English level), present you with our company and characteristics of the vacancy and to understand common expectations
  • If you apply for a middle level or top managerial position, we might invite you to one or two additional meetings
Step 4: Offer and finalising the application
  • During this stage, if you’re the final candidate, we will make a proposal to you and finalise the application process
  • Before presenting you the offer we might ask about your references over the phone (after your approval) 
Step 5: Onboarding

Welcome on board!

During our first days of cooperation you will take part in an onboarding programme, consisting e.g. of:

  • Occupational health & safety training, meeting with the HR Department, IT Security Administrator and Office Administrator
  • Making you familiar with your rights, obligations, career opportunities in the company, job description, company regulations and benefits you can use
  • Office tour, i.e. getting to know our office, our people and representatives of all departments
