Inspiring Future Talent Through Knowledge & Engagement

Crowe Oman had the pleasure of hosting bright students from the College of Computing and Information Sciences at our Muscat office for an engaging, interactive, and insightful visit—designed to bridge academic learning with real-world business experience.

As part of this initiative, our experts Mr. Bilal Imran – FCCA, ACA (ICAEW), Director – Assurance & ESG Services, and Mr. Shaik Muzeebur Rahiman, Senior Manager – GRC, Cyber Security, AI & Analytics, led dynamic sessions that extended beyond theoretical concepts. Their discussions provided students with practical insights into assurance, governance, risk management, and the transformative role of emerging technologies in today’s business environment.

A key focus of the session was the growing importance of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and its role in shaping responsible, transparent, and sustainable organizations. Students were introduced to how ESG principles are increasingly integrated into business strategies, influencing decision-making, stakeholder trust, and long-term value creation.

The sessions also explored how technology is redefining risk, compliance, and operational efficiency. From cyber security challenges to advancements in AI and analytics, students gained a deeper understanding of how organizations are adapting to a rapidly evolving digital landscape and the critical skills required to succeed in it.

Through open discussions and interactive engagement, the visit provided students with a practical glimpse into the corporate world—highlighting not only technical expertise but also the importance of critical thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning. These experiences play a vital role in preparing future professionals to navigate complex challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

“The future isn’t just approaching—it’s already asking questions. Empowering the next generation with knowledge and perspective is key to shaping a more innovative and sustainable world.”

At Crowe Oman, we are committed to supporting educational initiatives that foster learning, curiosity, and professional growth. By creating opportunities for students to engage directly with industry experts, we aim to contribute to the development of future leaders who will drive innovation and positive change.

We extend our best wishes to the students for their future endeavors and look forward to continuing our efforts in building meaningful connections between academia and industry. Initiatives like these reflect our ongoing commitment to knowledge-sharing, community engagement, and shaping the future of business.
