Jim is a hard-core auditor with external and internal audit experience and led team of professionals in various assignments including listed companies.
His area of expertise also includes due diligence, holding company structuring, M&A Advisory etc., Jim is a member of Global Corporate advisory team of Crowe.
He has more than 15 years of experience as Auditor, Internal Auditor, Head of Finance, General Manager, Director in SAOC Company, Secretary to Board, Advisor to the promoters and investors etc., He is also involved in negotiation with Financial Institutions for project finance and other corporate finance requirements.
