Managing Partner
Davis has diversified experience into multidisciplinary practice of accounting, auditing, management and IT consultancy. A fellow of the Institute of Charted accountants of India, Co-opted to the International affairs committee of the council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India New Delhi (2007-08). He is the founding Chairman of the Muscat Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2008-09) Certified Member of The Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is regular columnist for the Times of Oman on Tax related matters. Co-authored a book on Taxation of Non-resident Indians. Davis is currently the Vice Chairman of the Foreign Investment Committee of the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Tom C. Mathew

Tom is the engagement partner for audit and review partner for tax assignments. Tom has more than 25 years experience with Crowe Oman. Tom also has experience in the internal and external audit of various listed and private clients in Sultanate of Oman. He has extensive work experience in external audits, internal audits, due diligence audits, management audits and operational audits.
Karl Jackson

A UK Chartered Accountant with +30 years of international experience spread across banking and commercial entities. Karl has a good balance, having worked for finance, risk management and internal audit functions inside corporations and for the external auditing, accounting and consulting professions. His focus is Banking, Treasury, Accounting and Risk Management.
Jim Joseph Itty

Jim is Associate Partner of Crowe Oman who is with the firm for the past 16 years. He is leading Crowe Oman’s Corporate finance practice for the last 8 years. Jim also handle a portfolio of audit clients mainly Corporate and family business Groups. He is a hard core auditor having experience in the internal and external audit of various listed and private clients in Oman and UAE. Business valuation, due diligence audit, corporate restructuring are some of his areas of specialisation. Jim also support the professional community as secretary of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Muscat Chapter.

Antony Kallukaran

A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK with over 17 years of Tax, Assurance and Advisory experience. He is an expert on Income Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) matters. He also has extensive experience in risk based Internal audit services and IFRS advisory as well as in financial due diligence engagements, business valuations, financial feasibility studies, business plans and financial models, analysis of financial statements and underlying drivers of business operations in due diligence engagements.
Adel Maniar

A fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK & a BBA from University of Central Oklahoma, USA. Currently represents the Middle East region on Crowe Global Marketing Strategy Committee & the EMEA Brand Committee. Each project we help is different, so we need all of the experience we have gained over our 100-year history. In addition, he conducts engagements of Performance Appraisal for Board of Directors for Public Joint Stock Companies (PJSC) ranging from construction, cement, FMCG to finance industries. Has conducted trainings on the Code of Corporate Governance & legislations regulating PJSCs.

This interdisciplinary expertise enables him to evaluate problems from unique and diverse perspectives.
