Ali Spinner Accepts 7th Annual Emerging Leaders Award in New York City
TORONTO, ON – June 21, 2016 – Alexandra (Ali) Spinner, Tax Partner at Crowe Soberman LLP, has been named a winner of the prestigious M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award. The M&A Advisor is known globally for its recognition and presentation of leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals. The 2016 award winners were selected from a pool of prominent nominees for their notable accomplishments in business and service to the community.

As a partner in Crowe Soberman’s Tax Group, Ali is involved in all aspects of the firm's domestic and international tax practices. She is also experienced in estate and trust planning, corporate structures, reorganization and tax planning. With 15 years of experience in public accounting and tax, Ali provides invaluable insight and expertise to each client scenario.
In addition to receiving the M&A Advisor Emerging Leader Award, Ali was a recipient of the CPA Ontario and the Institute for Management & Innovation at the University of Toronto’s Alumni Award.
Ali is a Board Member of Healthy Minds Canada, a national not-for-profit, and is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto as well as the Professional Advisory Group of the Baycrest Foundation. A regular supporter of community initiatives, she volunteers for the annual free tax clinics sponsored by CPA Ontario, and each year walks on the firm’s team for The One Walk to End Cancer.
