EmaraTax Login via UAE Pass

Effective 30 September 2024, taxpayers will only be able to login their EmaraTax portal through UAE Pass.

Required actions from taxpayers.

With this recent update, taxpayers are required to take the following actions:

Implication in case of failure to link the accounts

• Taxpayer will not be able to access the portal
• Delay in using the services available in the portal
• Potential administrative penalties (i.e., late submissions due to inaccessibility of accounts)
