Rishab Jalan

Rishab is a Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax catering a number of industry verticals. He has been in the UAE region since the introduction of the Corporate Tax Law in UAE and is actively involved in advising clients in the advisory, implementation and compliance under UAE Corporate Tax Law.

Rishab has rich experience in Tax Advisory, Tax Planning/Structuring and Tax Litigation pertaining to complex Corporate Tax and International Tax issues and has been actively involved in various corporate tax and business restructuring advisory and transaction support services, including for cross border transactions for various multinational companies.

Rishab has extensive experience in assisting the clients with Tax Litigation matters, including preparation of appeals, advance rulings and representation before the revenue and appellate authorities in India.

Prior to joining Crowe, he has worked in the Direct Tax practice of one of the Big-4 consulting firms in India for more than 8 years. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a degree in the field of Commerce. He has also authored various articles and publications on various topics for several professional organizations and forums in India.
