Punyapal Shah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, awarded a Gold Medal in Advanced Accounting in the Chartered Accountancy Final Examination. With more than 15 years of professional experience, including over 12 years with Big 4, he has built a strong reputation in assurance, taxation, and financial management.

He has extensive experience providing assurance services to a diverse portfolio of multinational corporations, listed companies, banks, and international clients. His industry exposure spans consumer and industrial markets, real estate, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, and financial services. Punyapal is well-versed in IFRS, Indian GAAP, UAE VAT, and corporate taxation, and has successfully led statutory audits, internal audits, corporate tax implementations, VAT consultancy, and compliance assignments across geographies.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, clear judgment, and ability to mentor teams, Punyapal has played a pivotal role in implementing new systems, advising on restructuring, and driving efficiency in compliance processes. His international experience—including audit engagements in the UAE and the Democratic Republic of Congo—adds a global dimension to his professional expertise.
