She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant from India. She is also a Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor, bringing specialized expertise in emerging financial domains.

Prachi has a strong background in serving clients across the banking, insurance, government, and mainland sectors, demonstrating her ability to manage diverse and complex engagements.

Before joining Crowe, Prachi worked with a Big Four audit firm and also ran her own professional practice in India, gaining valuable experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

She has extensive experience in providing assurance services to government entities, multinational corporations, and listed companies, working under financial reporting frameworks such as IFRS and IPSAS. Prachi is well-versed in International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-driven assurance services.
