In this role, he partners with multinational corporations to design, implement, and defend robust cross-border transfer pricing structures across the GCC region and global markets. His comprehensive practice encompasses the entire Transfer Pricing lifecycle from strategic risk and impact assessments to policy formulation and compliance documentation—complemented by deep expertise in corporate restructurings, permanent establishment evaluations, and international tax advisory.

Throughout his career, Nidhin has delivered strategic counsel to major enterprises across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, luxury retail, industrial manufacturing, and oil & gas. Holding an MBA in Finance and Business Analytics alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from India, he built a strong professional foundation at EY prior to relocating to Dubai, where he specialized in managing high-stakes cross-border tax challenges for prominent European MNCs.
